After understanding some of the basic laws of life and doing the exercises in the book I started using the weekly growth journal. I found areas where I was not doing well and found that I was limiting myself - this was stopping me from making progress. I was able to find the limiting beliefs that were keeping me from improving and replaced these with empowering beliefs. I had been looking for ways to improve my life, counselling is so expensive and there was no actual system to follow once I left my counselors office. This easy reading book is like having a counsellor with you. All you need to do is read and follow the instructions. The trouble shooting guide is one of the most valuable parts of the book; if you are unsure or do not know what to do about something it leads you to solve your own problems by directing you to parts of the book. I had major issues with staying focused and allowing distracions, I am now able to focus on what I really want to get done and have eliminated distractions that were hindering many things that I was doing.
